Eden on Earth, LLC encourages the community to reclaim their own relationship with nature.  To this end, we lead numerous workshops, slideshows, and classes to teach people permaculture and ecological landscape design.

June 5, 6, & 7th    Greywater Harvesting Workshop in Flagstaff

Join Eden on Earth as we bring Greywater and Rainwater Harvesting expert, Brad Lancaster into town for an informative and hands-on series of greywater workshops.

On June 5, permaculture expert Brad Lancaster will share how rainwater harvesting and greywater irrigation can help Flagstaff make the best use of one of our region’s most valuable resources. Lancaster will speak at Northern Arizona University’s Cline Library Auditorium at 7:00 P.M. His presentation is free and open to the public.

A hands-on workshop will be held June 7th to learn how to install a legal greywater system.  To register for the workshop click here


 
Summer 2008    Permaculture Design Certificate Course 2008

We are excited to announce the 2nd annual Flagstaff/Northern Arizona Permaculture Design Course!

Learn how permaculture design can meet human needs by turning human gardens and communities into fully functioning ecosystems. Receive hands-on experience on how to apply the principles of ecological design in your own home, neighborhood, and city.

This course involves field trips, travel, site visits, hiking, and overnight camping. Course fees apply.

Instructors:

Josh Robinson, M.A., Ecological Landscape Design and co-founder of Eden on Earth
Lisa Rayner, Permaculturist and author of Growing Food in the Southwest Mountains
Many additional guest teachers including Rainwater Harvesting expert and author Brad Lancaster, Eco-Hood creator Andrew Millison, and many other regional experts.

The course is offered through the Master's of Liberal Studies (MLS)  Program at NAU and participants can receive 4 units of college credit.  To enroll in the course or find out more information check out the MLS website.  All participants will recieve a permaculture design certificate
 
Permaculture Talk    A very well-received presentation that we offer is a "Permaculture Slide Show and Tell". Chuck McDougal from Mountain Meadow Farm and Josh Robinson from Eden on Earth Landscaping will present information about permaculture and how to farm, garden, eat, build and live more sustainably in and around Flagstaff.
